Different Can Be Amazing
We all have gifts. For those with AuDHD, ADHD, ADD, or executive function deficits, those differences can obscure those gifts. I’m here to help you uncover the ways that you function well, and apply that learning to the rest of your life. (It’s there, I promise!) Often, the way we were taught to do things doesn’t work for us. Let’s figure out your way to be successful!
Coaching For The Neurodiverse By Someone Who Truly Gets It.
Tracey Stewart
I'm Tracey Stewart, and a typical comment on my school report cards was:
“A pleasure to have in class, but not meeting expectations.”
That’s me, not meeting expectations. I wish I had known then what I know now! Like many people with ADHD, I've been interested in, and experienced many things in my life and career. Waiting tables, theater, weightlifting, 5 different careers, but through it all, I've been a problem and puzzle solver, wondering why I'm different. I was diagnosed late in life, and I am now learning how best to work with my unique brain chemistry to be productive and happy.
In addition to coaching, I previously worked in public schools in special education, and I'm always thinking of ways to solve the neurodivergence puzzle in order to help my community think better, work better, feel better. If you are diagnosed with ADHD/AuDHD or suffer from lack of executive function, I can help you find a way through our modern life to a way of doing things that’s best for YOU and your brain. And hopefully in pursuit of your goals, I can help you understand that although you might be different, different can be amazing.
Let’s discover how you can be the POWERHOUSE you were meant to be!
